About cryoEMBEDDER®

Instructional video on the cryoEMBEDDER® process
The cryoEMBEDDER® was first introduced to the public at the 1998 Mohs Symposium. Since introduction, several units have been sold and are currently in use in top medical institutions across the country. Such institutions include the Mayo Clinic, the University of Utah and UCLA medical centers, and Johns Hopkins University.

Jackie Marsing, who played a key role in the development and design of the cryoEMBEDDER®, manages the day-to-day operations for the company. Jackie is a member of the American Society of Mohs Technicians and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, as well as a Registered Histological Technician. She has worked in both histology and Mohs surgery for over thirty years and remains an expert in her field—consulting in Mohs lab setup and tissue preparation for surgeons using the Mohs technique.
